When Gabriella Paussi founded Talent Networks, she envisioned talent school and talent agency where trained clients with a commitment to their craft are rewarded with honest, committed, and knowledgeable representation.

She has passed Talent Networks on to Katie and Daniel who continue that work with artists living and wishing to secure work in Australia. Visit them at www.talentnetworks.com.au. Gabriella and Jessica work on both sides of the Pacific to prepare artists for international careers.

In her years as a model, actress, talent agent and talent coach, Gabriella has worked with and seen good agencies care for their talent and wanted to take that commitment even further to give artists the tools they need to succeed.

Gabriella is joined by Jessica Pollack, with 20+ years television and writing experience in America. She recently finished ’Dance Kings’ a screenplay inspired by some of the talented dancers on Talent Networks books.

Together, Gabriella and Jessica develop Australian artists for international careers in the United States and to build Oz Talent into the agency of choice for American productions shooting in Australia.
